Darling 2 nd floor condo. Everything you need is there.

This is the second time I've stayed at this property. Rick is very responsive, before, during and after check-in/out. I would feel comfortable renting any of the properties he manages.

This was the third year staying in Ocean Shores for the Christmas holiday. Booking with At the Beach Rentals made it easy to find the perfect place to make holiday memories.

The team I exchanged emails with was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. We had an amazing time. Our only issue, on the last night, our fireplace stopped working. It was Christmas Day so we didnt call to have the issue addressed, and there was a space heater provided if we needed it. Everything else was fantastic!

I had very little interaction with the team but, what I did have, was great. There was an issue with my payment (my bank blocked the charge due to fraud concerns) and I had to call to get it resolved. The person I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and was able to help me apply my payment. He also provided me with a few additional details about the property that I found helpful.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hazel's Place. For a smaller home, the layout made it feel spacious. We could easily stay there with another couple and be perfectly comfortable. The large front windows were great for viewing the ocean from inside the cozy living room and the nice deck was perfect for watching the sunset. The location could not be better. Just steps from the beach! From the minute we left we've been planning our next visit.

We had trouble with refrigerator, was not working! But we got great service from the team, got a new one in the house that same night!!! They saved our thanksgiving!!!

From the time we made reservation and our stay and our check out, all team members were most helpful and made our stay quite enjoyable.

This is the second time at this condo and just like the first time the condo was just like it was listed. Would for sure here again.

Rick called and offered us another house as the one wed reserved had a propane leak. It was a huge upgrade! The Agate house was huge, beautiful, and had amazing views! Im so grateful there was another house available and Rick offered it at no extra cost.

Beautiful house with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and appliances. Beds were comfortable and cozy, bathrooms exceptionally clean, hot tub clean and well maintained. But the views were the highlight of the property! The water, the sun rising and setting, all from ceiling to floor windows and several huge decks! We had 2 young grandchildren with us and we loved that we could just walk across the street to get to the beach! Thank you Rick for one of the best Ocean Shores vacations weve ever had!

Tammy is especially kind, personable and knowledgeable. Danielle and Rick are excellent. I've been visiting Ocean Shores for over 30 years and once I experienced Ricks Beach House Rentals they are always my #1 choice.

The property is private and secured in a gated community.Plenty of room to roam about for all. Clean, rustic with a Sea theme throughout. Loved it.
