This is our 3rd stay and we love it every time! The new floors look great! We are so grateful to have this beautiful house as a new family tradition.

the only thing I missed were some food storage containers.. oterwise the place is great, Seems you have thought of everything!

Good experience. It would be even better to receive a re-confirmation email a week or so (or a few days) ahead of the reserved time, just to be sure everything is in order.

The process was smooth and quick.

Went for a long weekend to clear my head. This place helped me do just that.

Working with Reck's Beach house's Team is as always above top notch. that is why we only rent our get aways from them and we have been doing it for a good 20 years now.

We usually rent homes not condos. However, the seascape #9 was very nice and we were in no way disappointed. The place has an open layout. Nice balcony. The canal was pleasing to look at. The dock is well kept. Only wish I had brought my fishing gear. The rental comes with all the comforts of home without your daily concerns. So... leave your troubles behind, they won't follow if you don't let them. This place is great with an affordable price. We will definitely rent #9 again. It is on the 3rd floor and does have some steps to climb, but no issue for us. Have a great summer Rich's Beach House's team. See you very soon. Ray and Barbara.

When our smoke alarm was chirping, Rick came right out and remedied the problem.

It's tradition to stay at The Windsong each year. It familiar and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. We will be back next year!

The toilets sometimes "ran" and need some maintenance. Overall, very clean, comfortable furniture. Lots of towels, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was very relaxing. We love that you have 2 king beds (that is hard to find!), and it was very pet friendly too! Good location too.

I rented this for my brother and nephew. We stayed next door and you were a 5 rating and my rental was a 2, it use to be a 5. Will rent yours next time.
