Nautilus #305 is located on the top floor with an ocean view to die for. Extensive upgrades in June 2017 include new carpeting and flooring throughout, new paint, lighting, and furniture. Queen bed in the bedroom, new full size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Two flat screen TVs, HD DVD, HD cable, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and cathedral ceilings. Wood burning fireplace (presto logs only, not provided) Peaceful, quiet, and in the heart of Ocean Shores. This condo is well-suited for anyone allergic to animals. No pets, and no smoking in the unit or on the deck.
Voted one of the best vacation getaways in Washington, Ocean Shores offers six miles of sandy beach, 23 miles of interconnecting fresh water canals, and a quaint beach town to shop and explore. Enjoy beach-combing, horseback riding on the beach, rent a bike, shop, golf, and when the season is right, enjoy a clam dig.

We have always been treated gracefully with helpful suggestions. Last year while driving down for a 2 night stay we had a tire issue that could not get repaired until the following day so we missed our 1st night...we called and explained we would be down the next day. Upon arriving and giving more detail knowing we were paying for 2 nights but staying for 1 now, the receptionist called Rick to explain and they let us stay for a second night that was not scheduled so we didn't loose out...now that's service one doesn't find too often these days.

We have used this site for many stays at multiple properties....all rental properties have been great. We will continue to use At The Beach Rentals (Ricks Beach Houses) and also continue to refer. Accommodations have more than expected in all our stays.

We found it to be an easy check-in process, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Nautilus in Unit 305. The exterior of the property could use a facelift. However, once inside Unit 305 it has had a newly renovated kitchen since the last time we were there. The condo is very clean and roomy. The views are absolutely stunning, we went out to the balcony and watched 3 deer's right below the deck not to mention the stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Although this is our go to place to stay it is not handicap accessible for the second and third floors. You won't be disappointed if planning a visit.

We stayed for 3 nights loved where we stayed. It was very clean and well maintained. It was a wonderful place to just get away and have some down time. It is centrally located and just a short walk to the beach.
The kitchen was well stocked with all the items you would need.The bed was very comfortable so we never had an issue with sleeping. It was peaceful and the ocean view was what we were looking for. Highly recommend staying there

We were there for theee nights and it was perfect for us. Both the bed and the hide-bed were comfortable and we all slept great. There are ample kitchen items, appliances and utensils in the unit. You are minutes from the grocery store and the local shops. As for the beach, you can either walk to the beach via the nearby path (Although we didnt use it) or take a short drive and end up on the beach with your vehicle. We are hoping to return some day!

Nice clean and comfortable condo. My only complaint is the lack of trail maintenance to the beach as it was very overgrown with local plant life. But the lodging was quite nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.
