The couple of times that I reached out to the company with questions about the property, I received a response very quickly. We've stayed in several rental properties in this area and this property was by far the cleanest!

Our stay was incredible! The condo was extremely clean, well decorated, great location and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book again!

I did not have much interaction with the team members since the check in and out was so easy and we had no issues. What communication I did have was efficient and friendly.

Property was very clean, and had all the things we needed to cook our own meals for a few days. The canal in the back area was a nice place to hang out and watch the fish swim by.

I've use At the Beach Rentals, Inc. for the past 4 years. Each time I have had an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was the first year we rented a house (rather than a condo). Heron Haven is an AWESOME place! It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need and more! The kitchen had every gadget we could ever want, the baths fully stocked with towels, soaps, etc. We spent a lot of time on the heated, covered patio enjoying the fenced yard and view of the canal even when they weather was a bit stormy. We'll definitely stay at Heron Haven again.

The office staff was always friendly. If I left a message, they were quick to reply very easy to work with, very much appreciate the great customer service.

We love the house. A great location, a nice walk or drive to the beach. The housekeepers do a great job preparing the house for the guest. Rick Beach House, the company in charge of the Vacation Rental is a great company to work with friendly quick responses The house as well prepared for the guest.

When I sent a text it was answered promptly thank you.

Communication from start to finish was responsive, efficient and very friendly, which is so appreciated!

The house was perfect for our 3 families, big enough for all of us to enjoy games and hanging out together. The short drive to the beach was great.

Ive stayed here before many years ago and it is a good location for my Great Dane to enjoy the beach.

No issues with scheduling, or getting the move-in details the morning of arrival.

Excellent experience for my entire group. My only complaint would be a coffee maker bigger than 5 cups. Also, we weren't aware there was a grill onsite going in. Maybe I missed that on the website.
