I booked my reservation online and did not need to interact with anyone either as part of the process to book the cottage or during our stay.

The cottage we stayed in was lovely. It suited our needs very well and was conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It was clean and well kept. Since it was a block off the main road, there was very little traffic noise. We did not cook while we were there, so I don't know much about what was in the kitchen, other than there was plenty of glassware, plates and silverware. The cottage could easily accommodate up to six people. We would definitely stay there again.

We love this house. We have rented it twice before. When we walked into the house, I was so excited to see the King Tide brought the water to the house. Just sitting and watching the tide coming in and going out was incredible. Best weekend ever. My Happy Place.

The management team is Friendly and knowledgeable. I know I can call them for anything I need. I appreciate their willingness to help and they care about my stay.

This property is beautiful and pet friendly. I love to be able to walk to Daman point and see the beautiful sunrise with Mount Rainier in the distance.

Renting this property couldn't have been easier. Online was fast and efficient and anytime I had a question thecrespinsecwas almost immediate. I will rent from this group again.

Our stay at Heron Have was perfect. It was windy and raining at the beach as it often is but we were able to sit on the heated patio and enjoy it all including the hummingbirds at the feeder. Views of the canal were amazing. We have never stayed in a rental that was better stocked with everything you could want or use. We will be back when we get a chance. It's definitely worth the $!

Incredibly friendly, professional and available staff! Maintenance had to come out and check to see if the pipes were frozen because there was no hot water (we stayed during the big freeze!). He was prompt, friendly and helpful. He moved us to another cabin right away!

Such a great, cozy and warm getaway during the big freeze! We hadnt been to Ocean shores in a few years and boy were we impressed! Clean, well stocked and comfortable cabins. Moss Landing will be a great spot for our big family vacation if we can get all 4 cabins at the same time! Fire pit, hot tub and cozy cabins = A great get away!

Windsong #5 is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet property close to the beach. We will be staying there again for sure! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The house was wonderful as a base for a multi-generational family gathering with people ranging in age from infants to 82. The game room is spectacular and the hot tub was great. Lots of good cooking utensils and pots and pans. We could have used a knife sharpener -- that would be a good addition to the kitchen.

When inquiring about an early checkin as well as a late checkout our contact was very helpful and let us know exactly when our condo was ready. We were already in town so it was greatly appreciated.

The caroline inn has been our absolute favorite for many years at ocean shores. Nothing else comes close for the money.

The office staff is always friendly, very helpful, and courteous.

Always enjoy staying at the Nautilus! Quiet, cozy, comfortable and the kitchen has just about everything you need. We have been returning customers for a few years and we will keep coming. It's a nice quick getaway and not too costly!

I do love the property and home. I have been staying for about 4 years now. I do wish to he mattress and couch would be swapped out more often. To much traffic on furniture and beds.

Rick was quick to respond to our request for an early check in. He was very accommodating considering that it was a holiday weekend. Very pleased overall.

The home was welcoming in nature and immaculate upon arrival. We were very pleased to find a well stocked kitchen for our family holiday celebration. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Overall an exceptional experience; so glad to have made some family memories in Ocean Shores. Thank you, Rick!
