Beautiful condo. Gorgeous view of the canal, comfy beds, cute decor, well stocked, and impeccably clean.

Very enjoyable but would love to see a dumb waiter or mini outside hoist to lift stuff up to the door. Those 14 steps killed me. lol. Theres a property at the other end of street that has a hoist rigged up to their deck. Other than that, we will be back next year for sure.

Throughly enjoyed our stay, everything was great. We will hopefully plan another trip that way & would love to stay there again! Just a couple of suggestions, a small step stool for the kitchen would be great, Im short & had a hard time using the microwave. Also, maybe another rubber spatula & a cookie/baking sheet would be handy. Other than that, things were excellent!!! Thank you!

We have stayed with this property multiple times over the past 15yrs and always excellent and friendly service. We really like the lock box at the property idea. Makes checking in and out as easy as it gets. These properties and team are at the top of our list by far!

Any time we had a question, the response was immediate and helpful! In these days of wondering if a question goes into a black hole, this was such a relief!

We will recommend our visitors stay with you in the future, but we live here now, and wont need to stay. This transition time we stayed between our old house and the new was much more comfortable because we stayed here!

We sent a photo of the overflowing trash cans (outside) when we arrived and the team took care of it right away.

We really enjoyed this day. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The communication was swift and accurate. My sister has stayed in one of your properties before and also said how happy she was with the experience. Weve already booked Hazels place across the street for next year! My only suggestion would be in the bedroom maybe having a twin over full bunk bed? That would allow better sleeping arrangements. You could even change the master to have multiple beds. Not a big deal just a thought.

There were seven of us and we all thought the house was excellent. Beds were comfy, hot tub was great, kitchen had everything we needed. I made the arrangements and they all complimented me on my choice. Would definitely stay there again.
