Description
The Beach Gem house has stunning beach front views from every room. It has an open concept living ,dining, and kitchen area , perfect for entertaining. Private path right to the beach with miles of beach combing. This home is right on Agate beach 4 miles south of downtown in Ocean Shores. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are downstairs with 1 queen in one room and a twin bunk bed in the other. Upstairs is kitchen, living room , dining room as well as the Master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath with double sinks. This home is for 6 people max. The half bath is located off of the living room upstairs. The kitchen has double ovens, stainless steal appliances and is very well stocked for preparing meals. There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment.
Dogs are okay with a additional fee of $35 per dog per night plus tax.

The house is in the perfect location. We loved being able to walk right out the door onto the beach. The inside of the house is very clean and comfortable. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. We would definitely stay again!

We love this house. We have rented it twice before. When we walked into the house, I was so excited to see the King Tide brought the water to the house. Just sitting and watching the tide coming in and going out was incredible. Best weekend ever. My Happy Place.

We enjoyed our stay so much we moved to an adjacent beach house for a couple more days. The cleaning crew made the transition so easy by giving us keys to the next house. They were awesome ! And checking in is always a pleasant experience.

We've stayed at Ricks Beach Houses several times. Never disappointed. We even extended our stay two extra days because we were having so much fun. They are great houses on an amazing beach location ! This has been an annual stay for us a few years. Everyone wants to go back next year 100% !

Beautiful place and you are closer to the ocean than what you think. There are ocean views from every room in the house and they have furnished the house with everything you need to feel right at home.

This is an amazing house with all the amenities. The kitchen is great if you want to cook in. The ocean is way closer than what it looks like from the photos. Every room has an amazing view. Everyone loved this house. Look forward to coming back.

The beach gem was a fantastic place to stay. Its very well maintained and taken care of. The four of us enjoyed our visit. The house is clean and updated. The hot tub was outstanding and spacious. We loved combing the beach for treasures, and climbing the rocks to see all the tide pools filled with start fish and shells. We can't wait to come back.

Fantastic! The house was immaculate, and the views from every window were lovely, especially of the beach. Great hot tub, easy walk down a short path to the beach for romps with our pup, very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable seating and beds. We'll definitely be back. We've stayed in a lot of Airbnb's and this has been our favorite so far!

Our stay at the Beach Gem property was perfect from start to end. The home exceeded our expectations especially in the super well equipped kitchen. Few vacations are perfect but this one sure fit the bill for our family for a special birthday weekend. The weather even cooperated with us being able to have the screendoor open at night hearing the waves and birds.......wonderful!
