Beach Gem has spanning view from Damon Point to North Beach Jetty and across Oyhut Bay to Westport. 
 
-Dogs under 75 pounds are allowed with additional fee of $30 for per dog per night.
-No cats, smoking or vaping of any kind allowed.

NOTE: Due to the damaging king tides last winter, a cobblestone berm had been put in place by the city.  It does not inhibit your views or beach access, however passing over berm requires caution, as the cobblestone are unstable and may shift underfoot.  Use care while navigating to beach.


It has an open concept living ,dining, and kitchen area , perfect for entertaining.

This home is right on sandy beach 4 miles south of downtown in Ocean Shores.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are downstairs with 1 queen in one room and a twin bunk bed in the other. Upstairs is kitchen, living room , dining room as well as the Master bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath with double sinks. This home is for 6 people max. The half bath is located from the living room upstairs. The kitchen has double ovens, stainless steel appliances and is very well stocked for preparing meals. There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment.

There is a 65-inch TV in the family room with cable and local channels.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom has a TV. 
The TVs are smart TV's so you can log into your Prime and YouTube accounts. 
There is a DVD player in the family room, and the CDs are stored in the master bedroom for your use. 

The kids’ room ( with bunk beds ) does not have a TV.
