Brand new hot tub and fenced in yard!!!!!!!! The Kwan Tip Beach House is located 4 miles south of the downtown area of Ocean Shores. Agate beach is just short drive or you could walk. This beautiful brand new home is tastefully decorated and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with queen sized beds. There is a pull out sofa in the living room as well.
The garage has been turned into a game room . So when the weather isnt perfect you still have family friendly stuff to do.
Dogs are okay with an additional fee.

I only had to contact a member of the team for after hours check in, to get the code for the key lock box. The member was friendly and easy to speak with and gave the information I needed before I even asked. It was emailed to me prior to my call.

I absolutely loved the place! Beautiful place, most comfortable beds I've ever used at any hotel or home rental. House was fully stocked.the price of the stay was very reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about this stay at all. We will definitely be makeing it a regular place to stay. Oh one negative is check out time could be a tad bit later but it is the typical checkout time for most places. So not really a negative just a preference to be able to stay till at least noon. Lol! I like to sleep in on vacation.

Kwan Tip Beach House - Beautiful new , game room a
Had a great stay at the Kwan Tip House. Its a really nice house and loved how close it was to Agate Beach & Damon Point. The bedrooms were big & the beds were comfy. Big kitchen area with everything we needed to cook. Loved the large electric fireplace & the comfy recliners. Well definitely rent this house again
