Everyone that I spoke with was very helpful and courteous.

This property was lovely. Plenty of towels and linens for our needs. We did leave behind some items that will hopefully help other guests. Oil for cooking, butter, and a couple of spices. Everything was clean and well stocked. The only other suggestion would be one more nonstick pan. It was beautiful and we especially loved the reclining chairs. They were a fan favorite. Thank you!

House was beautiful! And close proximity to town, and beaches! Rick has a binder with lots of helpful information such as places to eat, things to do! Which was really helpful!

Two items... I could only get one of the 4 burners to work on the bbq on the back deck... so ended up preparing our store bought filet mignons in the oven. ;-( It would be nice to have a hook or two on the back of the common bathroom door. Since there were two couples, and we used the common bathroom so our elders could have the bedroom with the en suite bathroom, I'd end up putting my clothes on the bathroom floor when I went in to take a shower... because I surely wouldn't want to alarm our guests walking naked back to the front bedroom to get dressed. ;-) A couple hooks on the back of the bathroom door would be really handy.

House is beautiful and immaculate. Perfect fit for our 3 adults. Hot tub was super clean and very nice. Have stayed twice and will definitely book again. Great location also

This was our second time staying here. There wasn't a hot tub the first time, so we took full advantage of it this time around. The home is beautiful, cozy and immaculately clean. The cupboards contain the basics; if you will be preparing many meals make sure to bring cooking oil and salt/pepper/seasonings. Proximity to Damon Point was so convenient. The home was the perfect setting for our family of 4's getaway from the daily grind.

Ricks communication from the first moment to even communication after check out was extremely helpful and appreciated. The home was well equipped with everything you would need and great quality pots and pans for cooking. The home was beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. I would stay here again and recommend anyone to Ricks lovely home. The hardest part about staying here was having to leave and head home. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and amenities.

I only had to contact a member of the team for after hours check in, to get the code for the key lock box. The member was friendly and easy to speak with and gave the information I needed before I even asked. It was emailed to me prior to my call.

I absolutely loved the place! Beautiful place, most comfortable beds I've ever used at any hotel or home rental. House was fully stocked.the price of the stay was very reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about this stay at all. We will definitely be makeing it a regular place to stay. Oh one negative is check out time could be a tad bit later but it is the typical checkout time for most places. So not really a negative just a preference to be able to stay till at least noon. Lol! I like to sleep in on vacation.

March 2023 Kwan Tip Beach House - Beautiful new , game room a Had a great stay at the Kwan Tip House. Its a really nice house and loved how close it was to Agate Beach & Damon Point. The bedrooms were big & the beds were comfy. Big kitchen area with everything we needed to cook. Loved the large electric fireplace & the comfy recliners. Well definitely rent this house again
