Description
Walking distance to the beach in Ocean Shores. Welcome to Clam Xing, your beachcomber’s paradise! Wake up to the sound of the waves as you begin your day at the Shores. This cute cottage is located just a short walk to the beach, don't let the location of Hoquiam fool you this house is right on the outskirts of downtown Ocean Shores.
Clam Xing has a full kitchen including all your basic cooking utensils, and if you don’t feel like cooking, restaurants are a one-minute drive into town. This is a one-story home with two bedrooms and one full sized bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and a pack-n-play is available for babies. Two cozy couches are available too, if your party is larger than four.
Dogs are welcome with an additional fee

Had a small issue with a hornet nest forming under the bench on the porch. An exterminator was contacted and took care of the nest the next day.

It was just what we needed to get away from the heat of Eastern Washington. The home was on a dead end street, of a dead end road, so very little traffic noise and you could hear the ocean. The home itself was well maintained and the kitchen had everything you needed to cook or bake, the only downside was no dishwasher, which is not a big issue. The yard was great for the dog to roam and big enough to play fetch. Thanks for the hose on the side of the house to clean the dog, it came in handy. The walk to the beach was a short one, but enjoyable. Regards

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. I just wanted to mention the two times I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Check-in experience - I may have just missed it, but I never received any information on how to check-in. I had to call the day before to find out what to do. Ease in finding property - It was a bit confusing when we first left At the Beach due to road signs.

Great experience, the house was clean and well maintained, close to the beach (walking distance). Easy to check in/out. Also can bring our dog which is hard to find now a days, really appreciate everything and we will be back!

The property was great - it was a half mile away from beach access so you could walk easily, but far enough away from any major streets in the area so you didn't have cars driving by constantly. The house was clean and ready for us, the bed was super comfortable and the whole house just had a very cozy feeling to it. We will definitely stay here again!
