This unit is located on the top floor with an ocean view to die for. Extensive upgrades include new carpeting and flooring throughout, new paint, lighting, and furniture. Queen bed in the bedroom, new full size sofa-sleeper in the living room. A flat screen TV, HD DVD, HD cable, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and cathedral ceilings. Wood burning fireplace (presto logs only, not provided).

The staff was very friendly upon check-in. If I every have to reach them they are always very kind and helpful.

When ever we go to Ocean Shores we always stay at the Nautilus. The rooms are clean and well maintained and it is very quiet there. We stay on the 3rd floor as it has an ocean view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Next time we stay it will be at the Nautilis.

Quiet except for a couple dogs barking as we were unloading, only startled me , no bites!
Ive said before, A Clam Cleaning station would be awesome ! Covered of course as we hit the mother of storms Sat. Nite. Condo rocking!

Quiet rental, the ocean view and wave action very soothing. 303 is our favorite unit! The carpets just cleaned and like in Hawaii we leave our shoes at the door! ! A clam cleaning station would be awesome but we dealt.

We have been using this site for many years and have had great service. We had a glitch in our recent stay with having to have a tire repair with resulting in arriving a day late. We were very well taken care of and were able to stay our 2 night just a bit of altering done to the dates. We appreciate the pleasant staff!!!

I came here for a birthday getaway. The communication was easy and enjoyable when checking in. I knew who to talk to when i needed it throughout the stay. During our stay we had a fire alarm go off and our whole building evacuated due to a tenant below us cooking on a grill and setting some things off on the balcony. Fire fighters and property manager were there right away to make sure everything was ok and answered any questions we had. There were no damages caused. It made me feel really safe and reliable to these properties.
