The abundance of wildlife and amazing sunrise views were spectacular.

Beautiful home and surroundings that's secluded but so close to the city's amenities. Host was wonderful. A real hidden gem.

What can I say but WOW. My family and I loved Rick's place on the water. Even if it hadn't been on the water, the interior is so thoughtfully put together, with the most comfortable furniture and beds ever, an awesome games room, and a cozy fireplace. Even if it hadn't been on the water, looking at the deer and the birds and other nature that came visiting our doorstep was amazing. But it was on the water, and every morning I got to enjoy a sunrise on the bay over a cup of coffee. I had some work to do and loved looking out at the water as I had my calls. Would 100% recommend.

5/5 is spot on. House is in pristine condition, new amenities and plenty of space for everyone. Kids really enjoyed the playroom, grandparents really enjoyed the porch and all the amazing views from the living/dining area. Well appointed and beautiful artwork throughout the house. The best/cleanest hot tub we have ever been in. A perfect place to have magical time with family and friends.

Second stay- nice!

Great little home on the inner harbor side but still close the the town, had a relaxing time and enjoyed the scenery and general privacy. Exactly what I was looking for!

Beautiful house and location - perfect for our family of 8, loved watching the tide and wildlife. Lots of room to spread out and bedrooms were quiet. Hot tub was amazing. Extremely responsive and helpful host. Overall great stay and would recommend!

This is a gorgeous newly remodeled house. The decor was amazing and the whole feel of the house was very welcoming. The views are unbeatable; I could have stayed on the porch forever. The house is spotless and there are tons of games to be entertained. Never seen so many TVs :-) I am definitely marking this one as a fav!

Wonderful place to stay. Very responsive host! Beautiful scenery you can sit for hours and watch the tide come in, perfect for my older parents and plenty of space for my young children to run around! Game room was the perfect place to hang out! Outdoor Fire pit for smores! We have a large family, and Everyone loved our vacation! It has Something for everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at Rick's place! Everyone loved the how spacious and comfortable it was. It was so quiet and private. The view is incredible and it was fun watching the tide go in and out daily. I wish we had a lot more time to stay. The kitchen was spacious with room for several cooks. We all played some of the games at the massive dining table, roasted s'mores at the fire pit, and one couple enjoyed the hot tub. Everything else was exactly what we needed. We had a minor issue with the internet but Rick went above and beyond to personally deliver a new router to us within an hour of our notifying him. Most of us were working while there on a few weekdays and the internet was stable and fast enough for meetings. Those that needed it were so happy they could could work with a view. I can't thank you enough for allowing us into your home Rick. We all enjoyed ourselves so much. You truly have a magical place! We will be back.

Incredible place and manager!

Rick is a top of the line host. Extremely nice and respects privacy. Listing was accurate to a T! We needed something and he delivered it himself. Seems like hes willing to do any job which is a good sign of an owner. Will definitely be using Rick again! Cant say enough about how great the place and the host are!

The view from the house is beautiful. We truly loved the set up of this home. We were a family and our kids definitely enjoyed this home while visiting the ocean for summer break.

The location of this home is spectacular. The home is designed to take great advantage of all the location has to offer. My family all loved their beds commented how well they slept. The fire pit was a huge success. The grand kids made smores on the nice cool evening after their soak in the hot tub. We also saw deer, coyote, bald eagles, and the local black bear during our stay.

Wow, what an awesome house! It is located right on the bay, the views are spectacular and the wildlife was pretty incredible. While there we saw deer, eagles, coyote, and even a black bear (dont worry from plenty of distance). It is a 5 minute drive to Ocean Shores and the same to park with access to the beach. The inside of the house is nice and as described in the listings. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has a feel of a cabin, with modern furnishings. A few tips: bring lots of rain gear, were from the east coast and werent quite prepared. The rain wont keep you in doors, as it tended to be scattered short showers. We had rain jackets, but really wish we brought rain boots (had to go buy some for the little one). Bring a light puffy jacket, even in early June we were wishing we had something heavier than a hoodie. Cant recommend this place enough!
