Excellent place to stay

Keep up the good work and keeping the cost to stay very reasonable

Very responsive and responded quickly.

We all said it was the perfect size for us (4 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog). We are already getting ready to book for next year! House was spotless on check-in and all the beds were so comfy.

Most beautiful and well stocked house we have ever rented.

Condo was beautiful!! So cozy and well stocked. Hot tub was awesome! Bed linens so soft and comfortable. Felt like I was at home. Throw blankets available for everyone. Got a pic of tag to purchase some for my own home. We will stay here again if in the area.

The house was what we were hoping for. It was clean, had comfortable beds, and the amenities were well thought out. The garage door was locked, so we did not have access to the cornhole boards, but the board games saved the day. We will be back. Thank you!

I am very pleased with Moss Landing cabins. We have stayed with you 2 times in cabin #2. Each time was fabulously clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. we enjoyed our stay so much we have rented for a 3rd time for our next year Ocean Shore visit. I especially like the quiet and secluded feel of the cabins plus close to the beach.

They stay was restful and relaxing. Being right on the beach, hearing the sounds of the ocean, and being able to sit on the living room and see the ocean was wonderful. I love this area of the Washington Coast because of the small town feel and friendly community.

the smoke alarm was giving off the dead-battery beep when we arrived. The maintenance person came within minutes to replace that battery, and the other two as well. We were impressed with the quick, friendly, and quality service.

We really wish there had been a washer/dryer in the unit. It looked like it was set up for them, but not installed. Especially with the hot tub (wet clothes), and the fire pit (smokey clothes, too), it would have been a great benefit to have those available. Overall, however, the unit was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Wonderful spot! Great view of the canal, easy walking distance to the ocean, lovely hot tub. Could not have asked for better!

This was the best experience we have had in VRBO. The home was as advertized. Very clean. New home. Loved it. Best place we have ever stayed. Did not want for anything. Everything was available in the kitchen, except bring your own coffee. Thanks so much you made our family very happy. See you next year.

I really like the house. I would update the pictures, I thought the house was a little funky because of the pictures, and actually it was better. Needs new fans and maybe a ceiling fan in the living room area, gets hot there. The two portable fans dont work so well and you have 3 bedrooms. Other than that, great.

The house was very cozy and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were very modern and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the house is beautiful throughout.

The home in Ocean Shores was clean and welcoming. The check-in and out process was so easy. The home was beautifully furnished and looked new. We took advantage of the warm patio, hot tub and canal. The home made our vacation relaxing.

At the Beach Rentals is the only place we will rent from for a vacation get away in Washington State. We have tried other places in the pass and had terrible to just okay experiences. The service Team with At the Beach Rentals know what service is about. It is obvious they want your vacation home to be a home away from home. They always do their very best for their guests. You get a personal touch which you will not get from other rental companies, especially the online only ones. We are long time customers of a good 20ish years now.

The lighthouse is a very neat, clean and well maintained home. Location is so close to the beach it is only a minute walk away. House sets up high so you can see the sand as the waves roll over it. Beds have mattress that are very comfortable. This house in my opinion is great for both a family getaway or for the getaway of a romantic sort. New and very clean hot tub. There is also convenient stores near by if you forget something. There are a few good dinning restaurants near by too. Look at the web listing pictures on this house and read the amenities. I clear and informative communication with office members. They were very helpful as I made reservations. Check in and check out were easy. I found making the reservation directly through Ricks Beach Houses was the best way to go. I initially used the VRBO website. My account was charged multiple times by VRBO due to a VRBO system glitch. That said, Ricks Beach House staff made sure our reservation was confirmed and handled. Great job by Ricks Beach House.

We liked the property because of its access to the ocean beach. We were pleasantly surprised by the access to Joe Creek as well. The grandkids (9 and 6 years old) loved playing on the sandy Joe Creek beach right in front of the house. The beach was clean and safe. The house was very comfortable for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). The only suggestion I have is, replace the BBQ grill or perform an overhaul of the burners and give it a good clean out. It is still in working order, simply needs a little attention.
