Everyone I've worked with have always been friendly and helpful. I've been using Rick's beach houses for 2 years. We'll continue to go thru Rick's Beach Houses for years to come. We love Rick's Beach Houses!

The Bluff House has a beautiful view from the main living space and the master bedroom. The kitchen and the bathrooms are well stocked with everything you'll need. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice over-sided. We've stayed at Bluff House twice because it fits our family's needs so well. We get enough private space when it's needed.

First time at the beach for the 4th of July it was amazing seeing all the fireworks that went on for over two hours

We have stayed in several of your properties and they always leave us with a great experience! We came this year for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful and restful weekend. This was the perfect spot for our family, excellent location and all that we needed for making family memories at the ocean!

Property was perfect for our family getaway! Had all utensils needed for our family! Will definitely start here again.

We have stayed at this property twice. We love the location and the fact that its right on the beach. The house is well stocked and welcoming!

Property was better than advertised and the ideal place for our group of 7. The setting is very private and peaceful and has the best access to both Joe Creek and the ocean just a few steps away. We will definitely be back.

I'm a 'yard guy'. . . so pulling up to your units and seeing the white picket fence, the lovely flowers and the tidy beach gravel and shells . . . well, you had me! Then opening the front door . . . well, again - everything seemed just right - bright and airy, clean and tidy, very welcoming. Everything in the unit worked, the beds were amazing - super user friendly - and close to all the stuff that is Ocean Shores, (are you sold yet?). Our 'only' contact with a team member was via the phone with Tammy. She deserves a raise! No - really - you couldn't possibly find a better, more pleasant person to introduce your business to the public than she. (or is it her? I'm not sure - remember I'm a yard guy)

We had a few quick questions about how to turn on the electric fireplaces (never had one!) and received very quick replies.

We were quite impressed with the house and how well-laid out it was. We had 7-8 people at a time and always felt like we had plenty of room to move around. We wished we could purchase some of the decor because it was so beachy and looked like it had been planned by a designer. The well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed and then some! We loved the location: easy walk to town, a little further to the beach. It still felt secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The game closet was crazy well-stocked, and there was lots to do. We could have stayed for at least a week!

As usual the house lived up to what we have experienced for 30 years

Although we had no problems with the unit, we could not open the info necessary to get into the unit. I did call the phone number that was on my reservations and the person that answered was very helpful in relaying the code and sending me the info that I was unable to open through another program.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Ocean Shores for 3 nights. Our unit was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the back deck very relaxing. Although we couldn't see the ocean, we definitely could hear it. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to land. I will refer it to our friends and family.

We arrived a bit before check-in time and were greeted very friendly and we got in early. Everything was perfect!

Our stay here was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful time, and everything was top notch. The house was excellent and super clean, and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I will. Thank you! :)

Response time was fast. Communication was not as personalized as my inquiry. After asking a specific question about check in we received a form response that didnt directly address my question, but it all worked out without a hitch.

We absolutely enjoyed our long weekend at Burlap and Lace Cottages. Centrally located, we were close to eateries and entertainment without noise or high traffic. The cottage was adequately equipped with kitchen and bathroom amenities. It was super clean. The bed was comfortable. The one drawback was the hot tub. We looked forward to using it but the foaming bubbles indicated a high concentration of chemicals, so we passed. Otherwise, cleanliness is a major factor for us, and we would return to the cottages in a heartbeat. Thank you for the opportunity!

Everything was great

Quite and peaceful

The place was great. Decorated so cutely. It also had everything we could possibly need. Love that there are tons of channels to watch on TV as well as movies galore for the evening hours. Kitchen had everything I needed to prepare a meal. The only thing that was not great was the bed. It was a VERY firm mattress and the husband and I found it uncomfortable. Made it hard to sleep. Other than that it's the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Just bring a mattress pad.

The cottage was so cute, the property was well maintained and so pretty. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach, food and entertainment. We stayed in cottage 1 and 2, I wish we could have had more hot tub time as there are reserved time slots. Cottage 3 and 4 have a majority of the time however our stay was great and it was a perfect weekend getaway, thank you!

Excellent

Met our expectations easily!

We had a weekend stay with family from out of town. There were 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. The house is well maintained, close to the beach and there are deer all around. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed and the games in the front room were a welcome treat. We will certainly be back.

The host was accommodating and in good communication with us.

The home was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. We had a wonderful time!
