Check in was quick and easy. While preparing to leave I inadvertently locked my car keys in the house. I called guest services and they quickly reached Rick who drove out and unlocked the house. Many thank yous for that over and above service!

Wow! The home was more than we expected. Sea Oats is a beautiful home with high end finishes and comfortable furniture. The location was perfect, at the quiet end of Ocean Shores, right on the beach. And to top off a wonderful getaway there is a great hot tub out back facing the beach.

We had a wonderful time! The only this we can really complain about is that there were some things that needed work. The scissors in the kitchen were broken, a part of the stairs in the back porch area was broken and just barely hanging on (looked great, but if you touched a part of the railing it would come apart). Other than that, the place was clean, LOVED the hot tub and location. Will definitely come back :D

This property was stunning. My two year old loved the beach toys and games (really nice touch). My husband and I thought all of the amenities were extraordinary. The first morning I woke up, and watched a herd of deer go by on the balcony. A few hours later I watched a bald eagle land on some drift wood, and was able to get about thirty feet from him which resulted in some great pictures. The hot tub was exquisite as well as the private path to the beach. Well be back as soon as our budget allows us! Im dreaming of a Thanksgiving there already. Thanks again.

Rick went above and beyond the call of customer service!!! He made me feel as if I was the only person staying in all the houses! I rented one place for one night and the next place for 3 nights... I work in hotels so understand how cleaning takes time and a lot of effort so when it only took an hour or so for me to be able to get into the other place it was amazing! Nothing was out of place the housekeeping staff is probably the best I have ever seen!!! At checkout I was treated like a queen!!! I will be back next year as I am every year around this time!!! I will be back sooner than that for a little get away!!! Thank you so much!!!

This house was amazing. With it on beach access beautiful furnishings amazing special is Breit living quarters. Plus the hot tub is amazing well-maintained, and an amazing addition to every perfect touch provided by the owner of the home. Bright and airy cant even begin to describe how amazing this house was. The pictures do not do it justice. I was shocked and amazed when I walked through the front door !!! This is literally my dream home!!! I will be back as much as possible to enjoy this luxurious home!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Shores. Not only was the house gorgeous but upon arrival on Christmas Eve there was a fully decorated Christmas tree and other Christmas touches around the house that really made it feel like home. Such a heartwarming gesture!! The house has absolutely everything you need, lots of bath towels, soap, shampoo. The hot tub is the cherry on top! We can't wait to visit during the summer!!

We loved our stay at Sea Oats! The location is beautiful and the home is well laid out, taking advantage of the view. The living room furniture is super comfy as they have added two leather recliners. The eating area was spacious and the kitchen has a good layout.It was nice to have proper serving dishes for the table when you want to lay out a nice meal.

Beautiful, very clean, well maintained and comfortable house. 2 huge loft areas with door in master bedroom enough for 2 air mattresses in each - my kids chose to sleep in there. I appreciate the beds and pillows being of great quality. I feel the property was well furnished and focused on comfort rather than keeping the cost low. This location is very close to the beach which is beautiful and not crowded. Thank you for a great stay! I'll see you next year!

The house is absolutely beautiful! I loved that it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. It was an easy walk! I loved the upstairs bedroom with the balcony that looked out to the ocean. The bed was so comfortable! I will never stay in a hotel again. It was so accommodating to our needs in the kitchen!! Will definetly come. I have told all my friends and family and customers at the store I work at!! Most relaxing and enjoyable time I've ever had at Ocean Shores!

This property was perfect for our family. The house met all our needs. We had two adults, two 9 year olds, and 2 13 year old. It was perfect for each of us. We loved you could walk right out to the beach. The waves were less on our side, but it was a quick drive over to the jetty for waves. We loved the hot tub. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for us all.
