The Thalassa Retreat is located in Pacific Beach very colose to  Seabrook. This homes offers breathtaking views of the ocean, but there is not beach access from the home. The nearest beach access is Rooselvelt beach which is just a short 1/4 mile drive from the house.
This beautiful large home sleeps 10 +  guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
It is set up with family gatherings in mind. The huge open layout with litchen , living room and dining room boasts just that . The  ocean view from this area is stunning.
There is also a beautiful gas fireplace in this area adds to the ambience. 
Upstairs offers a bedroom with 6 twin bunk beds, 1 bedroom with a queen, a master bedroom with a queen bedroom and an attached bath, a family room with a foosball table and a full bathroom. 
Downstairs offers another master bedroom with a king size bed and full master bath. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed with a pass thru to the main bathroom. 
The garage has a ping pong table and cornhole.
There is also a hot tub for your enjoyment. 
The cement patio is perfect for sunsets, smores in the firepit or just relaxing.
