Description
Enjoy your own personal sunset every night from the privacy of your balcony. #307, on the top floor of the Nautilus, has everything you could want for a getaway to the coast. Recently renovated, and immaculately clean, this condo features a nice living room with vaulted ceiling and sliding glass door that lets you step out and enjoy your coffee to the sound of the birds and the morning tide. Sleep tight, or snuggle in for some late night TV in your comfy queen sized bed in the bedroom. For extra quests, there is a queen sized sofa sleeper, and plenty of extra bedding. Bring your dogs and let them enjoy the hospitality as well, with dog bed and bowls provided by the owner. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, or you can take look through the guestbook for recommendations on local places to grab a bite to eat. Ocean shores has lots to offer, rain or shine, so don’t let a little rain keep you inside. There are a couple of rain jackets provided to keep you dry while you explore the town, and you can warm up by the fire (presto logs only) when you get back.

This is my 3rd year staying at the nautilus for the 4th of July, the 3rd floor gives you an amazing view of the ocean and to see all the fireworks along the beach. Very clean and has all the amenities you could need for a long stay. I love it there and hope to continue coming back each year.

Check in was a breeze! Staff was waiting for us and the whole process was less than a minute. After a long drive it was so refreshing to be able to get right to the property.

Condo was very clean. Seemed to be professionally decorated and so many thoughtful details: kitchen was well stocked with numerous spices, wine opener, cheese grater, crock pot, etc. I loved the bedside lamps so much I ordered a pair when we got home :)

This was our second stay at The Nautilus, this unit on the third floor had beautiful views of the ocean! Even though there is 3 flights of stairs, we would want to stay in this unit again, because of how it is decorated and the amazing view of the ocean!

I spent a lot of time combing over different listings trying to decide which would be best for us. Im SO glad we chose this one!!!! The view is INCREDIBLE! And the place is easy to find and very comfortable. Its welcoming and homey with almost everything you could need. The bed was cozy and there were games and books to read if one gets bored. There was also a kayak and rain jackets just in case! We brought our 16 month old son with us and it was mostly successful. He learned to pull on the door handle to the bathroom so we had to get creative to keep him out of there, and there also wasnt a lot of room to put his pack n play in the bedroom, but we used a space in the hall and it was perfect. There were some breakable things at his level, but we were able to child proof fairly easily. The host was super quick to respond to all communication, and we could tell that a lot of care went into maintaining this property. The location was great and easy to find/access and the directions for check out were clear. We would love to stay again sometime, and highly recommend anyone looking to book!
