This Beach Front Condo #106 is stocked so well you won’t have to leave for anything once you check in! Located on the main floor, you have a view of the green belt/picnic area. There is a wood burning fireplace for presto logs only (not provided) Sit back and listen to the ocean roar or watch a great movie on the 36″ flat screen tv! 1 bedroom with queen bed, living area, full kitchen and full bath. Very close to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery. NO smoking and Small dogs okay with an additional fee No smoking on balconies

Awesome 106 was the best. I love to cook and this unit was perfect kitchen was supplied well and another positive.. I have had 4 back surgeries and a good piece of furniture was excellent. The recliner chair in this unit was incredible I was able to sit and watch movies in comfort. A great big shout out to the owner of 106our vacation time at the nautilus was a dream

I called the customer service desk because we would be late checking in, they were very polite and helpful on getting me the lock box code and the information needed. I called back several days before our trip to verify the information, everyone I spoke to was professional, helpful and polite.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, well equipped with necessary items (voicing utensils, blankets, towels). We will definitely make a return visit. The fact that they allow pets also is a huge plus for us, we did not have any on this trip but will bring them next time!
