This Beach Front Condo #101 is stocked so well you won’t have to leave for anything once you check in! Located on the main floor, you have a view of the green belt/picnic area. There is a wood burning fireplace for presto logs only (not provided) Sit back and listen to the ocean roar. 1 bedroom with queen bed, living area, full kitchen and full bath, 2 TVs, DVD player & VCR. Very close to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery. NO smoking and Small dogs okay with an additional fee. No smoking on balconies. No BBq allowed on balconies

Tammy and the housekeeper went above and beyond to get the room ready for my early check-in and to help me when the door lock was not working. They immediately sent a lock smith over who replaced the problematic lock for a new one.

unfortunately due to a medical emergency we had to check out a day early so didn't get to enjoy as much time there as we had hoped but otherwise things we good.
Only trouble was figuring out how to access the beach so maybe including info about that in the rental folder would be helpful for future guests.

Thank you for replacing the old uncomfortable bed matress with new comfy bed. We had a great time clam digging and our room was warm and comfrtable. Cant wait to come back. Wish hot tub hours were expanded to start earlier.
