Sea Oats Cottage has spanning view from Damon Point to North Beach Jetty and across Oyhut Bay to Westport.
-Dogs under 75 pounds are allowed with additional fee of $30 for per dog per night.
-No cats, smoking or vaping of any kind allowed.
NOTE: Due to the damaging king tides last winter, a cobblestone berm had been put in place by the city. It does not inhibit your views or beach access, however passing over berm requires caution, as the cobblestone are unstable and may shift underfoot. Use care while navigating to beach.
This beautifully furnished, new 2-story home sleeps 6 and features 2 baths; the upstairs master bedroom has a king bed with TV and a balcony overlooking the beach; the first floor 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and TV; the 2nd floor loft has 2 twin xl adult size beds.
The kitchen is fully-equipped for the holidays, including gas range, the living room features a gas fireplace, and the home has WiFi internet and a full-size washer and dryer.

Sea Oats Cottage us right on the waterfront overlooking the bay. Just a 2 minute walk out the back door and through the beautiful grass and your on a very private beach which is behind a breakwater, very safe and pretty it is a wonderful location about 10 minutes south of Ocean Shores. The house itself is awesome and very well equipped with high speed Internet and smart tvs with Netflix support. The paint, trim and furniture are all perfect and felt like a beach home immediately when entered. With 2 kiddos and 2 doggies we were very comfortable the whole time we were there. Basically we loved this place and would love to go back again soon. Dont hesitate you will love your time here.

The Sea Oats Cottage was exactly as it was described. Clean, cozy, right on the beach and large enough for everyone to have a space. The kitchen was well stocked, everything was new and we would definitely stay there again.

Rick's place/Sea Oats Cottage was everything advertised and more. It's in an amazing location - overlooking an almost private beach. The house was pristine, warm, and beautifully appointed. I will definitely return for another stay.

We were so pleased with our stay at the "Sea Oats Cottage". Everything was as represented very well and accurately in the listing. We cooked wonderful meals in the kitchen, and throughly enjoyed our stay for my husband's birthday. It is also wonderful that we were allowed to bring our well traveled doggies, which means a great deal to us.
Any of our questions/requests were handled immediately and check in & out was seamless and easy.
We would definitely stay in this lovely accommodation again, thank you.

Lovely house and quiet location. Could use a pitcher in the kitchen, an outdoor broom &/or shoe brush for sand, a pancake griddle and a coffee grinder. Very minor details. This is one of my favorite beach rentals!
