This is a family friendly home right next door to Damon Point Park and Agate beach is just a short walk away where you can stroll down the beach and find shells. The Amazing Grace house is in Ocean Shores down by the Marina 4 miles south of downtown. Although the house is not ocean front it does have a partial view. On the inside there is plenty of room for the kids to run around and even offers some family movies, books and games to help keep everyone happy. Wi-Fi now available and 2 Flat Screen TV's. Dogs welcome with an additional fee.

Sleeps 11 4 Bedrooms / 2 Baths 3 Bedrooms have queen size beds, the bunk bed room offers single & double size bed. Living room has a hide-a-bed couch Large Full Kitchen 2 Cable Flat Screen TVs / DVD / VCR / Stereo Large living / dining area Wi-FI , Washer and Dryer, Gas Fireplace, Hot Tub on the front deck … and there’s even a horse shoe pit outside. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

We luckily didn't have to call anyone, but the staff member I spoke to over the phone was very nice and so was the lady I checked in with.

We absolutely loved staying with you guys. Definitely will stay again, we have previously rented out a different beach house of yours and both experiences were great. Loved the feeling as we were in our own home for vacation and definitely loved the hot tub!

The property was very well stocked with everything we would need. There were enough kitchen wear, cleaning supplies such as laundry soap and dish soap, and restroom supplies such as soap and towels.
The home and property was very well maintained.
We really appreciated being able to leave the keys at the property at checkout time so we didn't have to make another stop and we were able to leave the rental home and continue with our family activities.
This is my second year renting with your company and it will not be the last. I would also highly recommend you to friends and family!

The reason i stay at ricks is because back in 2008 my mother in law had a stroke about 4 days before our stay and my mother in law was a local in Ocean Shores. long story short they refunded my money in this hard time for our family

We have stayed over 15 times over the years. we do not shop the prices or look for other company's because they are true to there word and if we call early we get what house we want. I will always be a repeat customer for razor clamming trips
