Description
Sweeping ocean and dunes view from the second floor kitchen and living room invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets and ocean waves. There is abundant wildlife viewing during the migration seasons.
The downstairs game room offers lots of fun with a full size pool table, shuffleboard, darts, wet bar, a 3-in-1 table for card games or bumper pool, basic cable tvs, and a couple of tables for puzzles or games.
The fire pit and hot tub give opportunity for fun evenings outdoors, either around the campfire or while enjoying the stars from the tub. The hot tub seats 8 and has a led light show feature, fountains and a volcano bubbler.
Free Wi-fi and basic cable.
Waterfront and ocean front property. There is a creek running North/South between our grass yard, the natural sand dunes and the Pacific Ocean. A footpath from the backyard leads to a good dunes path alongside the creek, then to a beach access footbridge. There is also a paved road so you can drive over and park by the footbridge for those who can't walk as well.
Please note there is no RV parking at any time. Please use RV parks nearby.

The house was wonderful as a base for a multi-generational family gathering with people ranging in age from infants to 82. The game room is spectacular and the hot tub was great. Lots of good cooking utensils and pots and pans.
We could have used a knife sharpener -- that would be a good addition to the kitchen.

When calling in prior to trip with questions, team was very friendly and made sure that all questions were answered completely. Knowledgeable customer service representatives that helped make check in process a breeze.

Words can not accurately describe this home. From the moment you walk in the front door to the breath taking views from kitchen to the large back yard. There isn't a single place within the property that doesn't accommodate someone in the family. Their were family games for everyone in the family. Older family members were able to find time and place to relax and the teenagers were describing the house as "DOPE". Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy time away from reality and connect with the family.

Rick, your place is amazing. My sister and her family visiting us in SeaTac from Colorado. We decided to take a 2 day trip to the coast, and selected your gem of a property to serve as our base of adventure. Little did we know that your house itself was going to be as much as an adventure as hanging out by the ocean. It was the first time seeing the ocean for all my nieces & nephews. Your place was large enough to comfortably accommodate 10 people, and outfitted well to keep children entertained when we were not spending time on the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay at your amazing house and look forward to the next time when my wife and I can bring other guests to show off the prize of your property. Thank you so much! Some useful information for others .... it's about a 10 minute walk to the ocean with a very well-kept path that leads to a footbridge. Alternatively, you could drive to the footbridge. The house is very comfortable and well outfitted for your every need. Make sure to bring warmer clothes, it is colder on the coast than inland.

Loved it. Had our children and grandchildren including 2 under age 1. We loved the placed, and enjoyed the hot tub and all the toys in the downstairs playroom. The walk to the beach was easy. Our dogs did fine and met some of the neighbors dogs with no troubles. Overall great.
