This is my 2nd time staying here.One of my friends who I went with was on her 4th trip. We obviously really like the house.Great location with a wonderful view.Everything you need is here.Comfortable house with nice beds and linens,fully stocked kitchen,Bbq on the deck and nice hot tub.Had a great Birthday weekend and would recommend this house in a heartbeat

It was so wonderful working with you. I wrote an email about in the evening regarding the fireplace on the patio. First thing in the morning they were their to check it out and show us how it was works. We got training on lighting it. The man that came out was wonderful.

This was a wonderful home away from home. So relaxing and quiet. There was 4 of us and we couldnt complain about anything. One thing okay, no decaf coffee. We loved this place and At the Beach were wonderful to work with. Thank you for the hospitality.

I couldn't of asked for a better experience for my family. Pricing, availability, comfort and pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Im an introvert so the email notification was a fantastic way of communicating. I was thrilled to be able to check in early and the follow up phone call was pleasant and thoughtful.

It was exactly perfect for my corgi and I. It was a quick walk to the beach and the gas fire place was an added bonus. It was nice to have a rental that was more than expected.

Beautiful home. The dogs and Us liked the run area. Location is awesome.

I did communicate with ricks beach house team regarding Internet service, that was fixed promptly. Also, my daughter left behind her pillow, the staff accommodated pick up after we had checked out. Everyone that I spoke with was helpful and friendly!

I have stayed at several properties from ricks beach houses. I have never been disappointed, this house, in particular was my most favorite! Super cute, clean, convenient, location, great amenities!

Brand new everything: internal and external of the house, bedding, appliance, kitchen etc. This is our best rental in years.
