on weekends during holidays and July and August.
Specials: Stay 7 consecutive
nights and pay for 6 nights in off peak season only inlcuding
June & September. Stay 4 nights only, arrive Sunday/Monday
and pay for 3 nights, off peak season only including June &
September. First night rental plus cleaning fee & tax is
the required non-refundable deposit.

If you cancel, this deposit IS NOT returned. Full payment is
due 30 nights prior to arrival. There is a 2 night minimum stay,
3 nights during the holidays. You must be at least 25 yrs. old
to rent one of our properties. Check in is at 4 PM and Check-out
is at 11 AM.
