There is a $10.00 per night per pet fee.
This home is a great choice for
spending a summer at the beach. A cute A-frame that is fully
furnished and available only on a 30 / 60 / 90 day basis. It
offers a large fenced back yard for your pets and kids, one bedroom
and loft. Sneak away from the city and spend the summer with
us.
All homes do require the first
night plus tax for deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. If
you cancel, this deposit IS NOT returned. There is a 2 night
minimum stay, 3 nights during the holidays. All homes have a
cleaning fee. You must be at least 25 yrs. old to rent one of
our properties.
